◎简　　介

　　艾西崔（萧恩韦恩斯饰）是个年轻的黑人小伙子，父母已经离婚。在他正要从青春期跨进成人的世界时，他的母亲把他送回与他的父亲同住，并从父亲那里学得一些混混的习性。当艾西崔回到哈林南方时，他马上去找老邻居、也是他的表哥“洛狗"（马龙韦恩斯饰），后来又加入“疯腿"（稣里麦库劳饰）及“说教"（克里斯史宾赛饰）。四人一挂，一日，能在舞台上展露他坐在轮椅上「跳舞」的才华。一天，他们四人参加由“牙签"所办的派对，在宴会里，艾西崔遇到一个未婚妈妈“黛希"并且陷入爱河。尽管洛狗一再告戒艾西崔不要和这个漂亮女生来往，但是为时已晚。
